Keep us on your home screen.

There is nothing to download and no app store to visit. Your phone can save this website to its home screen as an icon of its own, and it opens the way an app does - full screen, no address bar, always the latest version.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Tap the Share button - the square with an arrow coming out of it, at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
  3. Tap Add, at the top right. Wellsprings will be waiting on your home screen.

Android

This is Chrome. Samsung Internet and Firefox have the same option under their own menus.

  1. Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
  2. Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen - the wording changes between versions of Chrome.
  3. Confirm, and Wellsprings will be waiting on your home screen.

What you get

The same website, opened without the browser wrapped around it. It keeps itself up to date, because there is no version to update - whatever is on the site is what you see. Removing it is the same as any other icon: press and hold, then delete. Nothing is installed on your phone beyond the shortcut.
